Brian Claman is a seasoned Senior Security Professional with over 40 years of leadership experience spanning the commercial real estate, financial services, and transportation sectors. His areas of expertise include security program governance, Threat Risk and Vulnerability Assessments (TRVAs), emergency preparedness, travel security, corporate investigations, and intelligence analysis.
In 2018, Brian founded Brian Claman & Associates Ltd., a boutique security risk management firm, which rebranded in 2024 as BCA Security Management.
Brian has played a pivotal role in developing public-private partnerships for major security events in Toronto, such as the 2010 G20 Summit and the 2015 Pan Am Games, underscoring his dedication to safeguarding critical infrastructure. As a co-founder and past chair of the Commercial Real Estate Security Leadership Group (CRESLG) and PATHComm, he has been instrumental in enhancing security awareness in Toronto’s downtown core.
An active contributor to the Toronto Association of Police and Private Security (TAPPS) and other law enforcement organizations, Brian continues to advocate for collaboration between public and private security sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Certificate in Security Administration from Concordia University in Montreal.

Luciano has established himself as a knowledgeable and credible security professional, offering exceptional service, guidance, and advice to some of the world's largest corporations. With a unique background in both law enforcement and the private sector, Luciano provides a comprehensive perspective on managed enterprise risk, effectively balancing business needs with legal obligations. Luciano's security expertise spans a decade with York Regional Police, where he worked in uniformed response, Criminal Investigations, and Intelligence, specializing in major organized crime investigations. In 2007, he joined Wal-Mart Canada as the Corporate Security Manager and Canadian lead for Global Security operations. His responsibilities covered security operations in supply chain integrity, travel safety, aviation, emergency response, investigations, and major event planning. Luciano later transitioned into commercial real estate, holding senior leadership positions with Cadillac Fairview and Brookfield Properties, overseeing national security programs.
As an ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and CPTED Level 2 certified professional, Luciano has successfully established public/private partnerships for enterprise risk management and major event planning. Notable accomplishments include contributions to the 2010 Toronto G20, the Pan Am Games, and managing security during various major protests in Toronto's financial district, safeguarding critical infrastructure assets. Luciano is a founder and past Chairperson of PATHcomm, an emergency communication platform connecting over 30 private sector properties directly to emergency services, enhancing security preparedness in Toronto's city core. He holds an Honours BA in Political Science.

Holding a professional engineering license and armed with a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Ryerson University and an MBA from the University of Bradford School of Management, Arash possesses a diverse project background. He excels in leading engineering teams through the entire lifecycle of complex security system projects, from concept design to final commissioning.
Arash's journey began as a system design enthusiast at a major engineering consulting firm in Toronto. Today, he holds the position of Director of Technology and Systems at Lobo Consulting Services Inc.
Key project highlights in Arash's portfolio include the modernization of video surveillance at the CN Tower, video surveillance and access control upgrades at the Toronto Eaton Centre Complex, security design for Ripley’s Aquarium, contributions to the Brookfield Place Calgary project, and the establishment of national security technology and system standards/guidelines for four of Canada's largest commercial real estate owner/developers.

Superintendent (Ret.) "Bill" Neadles boasts a 40-year tenure with the Toronto Police Service, establishing himself as a highly regarded emergency management and public safety professional.
Throughout his distinguished career, Bill ascended through various ranks and assumed a pivotal role as the head of the Emergency Management & Public Order Unit. In this capacity, he oversaw the Service's emergency management, critical infrastructure, search management, and special events planning functions. This encompassed leadership of specialized teams such as the Mounted Unit, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive (CBRNE), Explosives Disposal Unit (EDU), Public Order Unit (POU), and Heavy Urban Search and Rescue Team (HUSAR).
Bill's wealth of knowledge, extensive experience, and exceptional leadership skills have positioned him as one of Canada’s foremost experts in emergency management. He has served as an incident commander in various operational responses, including the 2008 Sunrise Propane Explosion, 2009 Tamil demonstrations, 2012 Elliot Lake Mall Collapse, and the 2013 Ice Storm and Floods. Notably, he assumed the role of Operations Chief for both the 2010 G8/G20 Summit and the 2015 Pan Am Games.

Chris Fernandes dedicated over 32 years to law enforcement, retiring in 2018. His career culminated with a four-year tenure as the Deputy Chief of Police for the Durham Regional Police Service, where he led a team of over 700 officers and civilian staff and managed a budget exceeding $100 million.
Before joining Durham Regional Police, Chris served 28 years with the Toronto Police Service, achieving the rank of Superintendent. In this role, he commanded the Divisional Policing Support Unit, overseeing the Toronto Anti-Violence Intervention Strategy (TAVIS) Unit, the Transit Patrol Unit, and the Community Mobilization Unit.
Chris is highly trained in critical incident management, holding an ICS Level 400 certification from the Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC). As a Major Incident Commander for the Toronto Police, he specialized in Crisis and Hostage Negotiation and Executive Protection as a member of the Emergency Task Force (SWAT).
In addition to his extensive law enforcement experience, Chris has earned Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Professional Certified Investigator (PCI), and Physical Security Professional (PSP) designations through the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), further solidifying his expertise in security and investigation.

John Mecher is a highly experienced law enforcement professional who served for over 32 years with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, with a particular focus on financial crime. During his career, he was involved in a wide range of policing duties, including, but not limited to the following: Uniform Duties, Airport Duties, Federal Enforcement, Criminal Intelligence, Organized Crime, Air Marshal program (following 9/11), Customs and Excise, Undercover Operations, National Security/Counter Terrorism, 2010 G8-G20 Joint Intelligence Group, and Financial Crime where he spent approximately 1/3 of his career.
John was recognized for his exceptional work in fraud investigations and fraud awareness, and he continues to advocate for fraud awareness. He has led or been a part of project teams that tackled various types of fraud that focussed on: frauds against the government, counterfeiting, cross-border fraud, transnational organized crime, anti-money laundering, capital market fraud, sensitive sector corruption investigations, cyber-enabled fraud, and mass marketing fraud (419 scams, investment scams, black/white money scams, romance scams, grandparent scams, lottery scams, inheritance scams, and the infamous CRA/Immigration scam). He was also heavily involved in fraud awareness through media engagement, public service announcents, and public presentations.
While a member of the RCMP, John's expertise in fraud investigations made him a sought-after speaker at law enforcement-focused conferences and workshops in Canada and the US. Furthermore, he has delivered lectures on the RCMP's national fraud course and the provincial fraud course at the Ontario Police College.
